We ordered 3 phones. All were packaged nicely, but only two worked. Still trying to get paperwork around to return third phone.
No complaints. Very easy to "link" to existing base. A good extension phone for the price. Base, etc. was purchased at Best Buy although they do not carry the extension phones.
I bought 2 of these to add to the set that I had purchased at Sam's Club. Now I have 6 phones - all with just one phone jack. I love the intercom system and the phone directory.
